CAMP DAY SCHEDULE
(times are approximate and each day will be different)
9 am: Barn Chores
10:00 am: Grooming Lessons and Learning
11 am: Snack and Tack-up for Riding
11:30 am:Riding Lessons
12:30 pm: Lunch ( bring your own and lots of drinks too)
1:00pm to 3pm: Fun Activities- Pack a Bathing Suit for Everyday!
We will cover things like;
anatomy, parts of the saddle and tack, grooming tools, hoof care, horse nutrition, horse eyesight, breeds and color patterns, barn cleaning, riding disciplines, and lots more...like fun arts and crafts projects, nature walks, and water activities.
There are a few things to know that will help the kids make the most out of their time here with us.
-Please pack a lunch and some snacks
-Send several drinks or bottles of water
-Have your child apply sunscreen at home before they arrive
-Send some bug spray
-Have your children arrive in their riding attire- jeans & boots
-Pack an extra change of clothes and shoes for our afternoon activities
-Remember to send their riding helmets and mark them with your child's name
Mail in your child's registration form with a deposit to hold their space for camp. We offer a 10% discount on the second and subsequent children in a family who attend camp together.
Camp Time: 9a.m. to 3p.m.
